This hands-on individual contributor role spans the full stack, with a focus on creating reliable systems for complex enterprise data and workflows.\nWhat You'll Do\nLearn the product, codebase, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.\n\nWork across infrastructure, backend services, and user interfaces as product priorities evolve.\n\nSpeak directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and translate insights into product improvements.\n\nDesign and own core AI agent systems, primarily using Python, to work with fragmented enterprise data.\n\nCollaborate with engineering leadership and teammates to shape platform architecture as it scales.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to seven years of software engineering experience, with production code contributions across the full stack.\n\nStrong Python experience, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.\n\nExperience building distributed systems or data pipelines, and working on core product systems rather than primarily lightweight integrations.\n\nCuriosity, self-direction, sound technical judgment, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and customers.\n\nExperience at a leading AI lab, established technology company, or venture-backed growth-stage startup is valued.\n\nProcurement, supply chain, industrial technology, founding engineer, or startup experience is a plus.\n\nStrong technical fundamentals are valued across a range of educational and professional backgrounds.\n\nComfort working as an individual contributor and a history of sustained contributions in prior roles.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 USD.
