You will help build and scale reliable services for an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant security platform, while giving product engineers the tools to move quickly.\nWhat You'll Do\nImprove the stability, security, scalability, and performance of critical platform infrastructure.\n\nOwn key infrastructure components and make architectural decisions with significant autonomy.\n\nBuild tools, systems, and best practices that help product engineers develop and ship software efficiently.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and leadership on technical roadmaps and architecture.\n\nWork with enterprise customers to understand product feedback and resolve infrastructure-related issues.\n\nHelp establish and improve engineering practices across the platform team.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 4 years of software engineering experience building distributed systems.\n\nExperience developing backend services and systems on a platform or infrastructure team, rather than focusing only on infrastructure operations.\n\nStrong software engineering fundamentals and experience designing systems for large-scale distributed environments.\n\nExperience building or scaling systems for enterprise workloads or multi-tenant SaaS.\n\nBackend development experience in Go or a comparable systems programming language.\n\nProduction experience with AWS or GCP, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.\n\nFamiliarity with infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and Kafka.\n\nExperience building internal developer platforms or tools used by product engineering teams is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $160,000 to $250,000 annually.
