About the Role
Join a product engineering team building and scaling a native iOS app for a creator-focused marketplace. You will own features from early ideas through launch and help shape the mobile architecture and engineering practices as the team grows.
What You'll Do
Build and ship polished iOS features using Swift, owning the work from concept through release.
Define and evolve app architecture, using MVVM or similar patterns as the product and team scale.
Create fast, intuitive native interfaces and interactions for creators.
Investigate production issues and improve app reliability and performance.
Help establish effective engineering standards and practices for mobile development.
Work independently with product, design, and backend partners to turn ambiguous problems into shipped outcomes.
What We're Looking For
One to five or more years of professional iOS development experience, with strong hands-on skills in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C, the iOS SDK, and Xcode.
Strong knowledge of iOS fundamentals, software architecture, REST APIs, and asynchronous data handling.
Experience building or scaling a product, ideally a mobile app, and contributing in a startup, high-growth, or design-focused environment.
Ability to take ownership, make sound decisions with limited direction, and bring care and attention to UI and product details.
Interest or experience in consumer marketplaces or gamified products is useful.
Comfort testing AI models and applying agent workflows to engineering work is valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $130,000 to $230,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
