You will build and operate reliable cloud infrastructure that supports AI agent workloads and user-facing products at scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and operate production cloud infrastructure and containerized services using infrastructure as code.\n\nDevelop durable workflows for long-running product and AI agent tasks.\n\nDesign, scale, and tune databases that support core product capabilities.\n\nBuild infrastructure for AI and machine learning workloads, including model routing, inference, and GPU orchestration.\n\nPartner with product and engineering colleagues to deliver dependable platform capabilities and improve them in production.\n\nUse AI coding tools as part of your daily engineering workflow.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nFour to ten years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering, with a record of increasing responsibility and progression beyond senior-level scope.\n\nProduction experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or CDK, Docker, and a major cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nHands-on experience operating Temporal or a comparable durable workflow orchestration system in production.\n\nExperience running cloud infrastructure for a product with more than one million users.\n\nStrong production database skills, including schema design, scaling, and performance tuning; relevant technologies include Postgres, Redis, and ClickHouse.\n\nStartup experience or a combination of big technology company and startup experience.\n\nDaily use of AI coding tools and the ability to explain how they fit into your workflow.\n\nExperience building infrastructure for AI agents or machine learning workloads is valuable.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $200,000 to $300,000 annually.
