You will lead full-cycle hiring for engineering, machine learning, and infrastructure roles, partnering closely with technical leaders to help build a recruiting function that can scale with the organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn technical recruiting from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.\n\nPartner with engineering leaders and executives to understand hiring needs, team goals, and candidate profiles.\n\nBuild and improve interview processes, recruiting resources, and sourcing strategies.\n\nFind and engage prospective candidates through research, direct outreach, referrals, and community building.\n\nUnderstand candidate motivations and guide candidates through a thoughtful, effective recruiting experience.\n\nManage pipelines and track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and hiring pace to inform decisions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including 2 or more years recruiting for software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure roles.\n\nExperience recruiting at a growing, early-stage, or high-growth startup, ideally in a competitive AI and machine learning talent market.\n\nAbility to create compelling outbound messaging and close candidates in competitive markets.\n\nExperience building or improving recruiting processes, resources, or infrastructure.\n\nFamiliarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ashby.\n\nConsistent experience in full-time recruiting roles, with a track record of sustained tenure.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $150,000 to $215,000 annually.
