The developer works within Agile teams to deliver secure, scalable, user-centered solutions that meet federal security and accessibility requirements.\nTechnical members of our solutions teams require little guidance, but love to learn, collaborate, and problem solve. This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technology challenges.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nDefine solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.\n\nBuild advanced Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.\n\nGuide backlog refinement and technical solutioning activities.\n\nModernize legacy applications and business processes.\n\nReview code, configurations, and solution designs for quality and maintainability.\n\nDevelop and enhance Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages.\n\nConfigure and maintain Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules.\n\nCreate and maintain Power Automate workflows and approval processes.\n\nMigrate legacy business processes to Microsoft Power Platform solutions.\n\nParticipate in requirements analysis, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution design.\n\nSupport unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.\n\nTroubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.\n\nPrepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.\n\nSupport production deployments, operational maintenance, and release management.\n\nEnsure solutions meet security, privacy, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.\n10+ years of application development experience.\n\n7+ years of Power Platform solution development experience.\n\nExperience migrating legacy applications built on .NET, C#, and JavaScript to modern PowerPlatform solutions\n\nExperience with:\n\nPower Apps\n\nPower Automate\n\nDataverse\n\nAzure Integration Services\n\nREST APIs\n\nSharePoint Online\n\nAzure DevOps\n\nExperience leading technical teams and solution delivery efforts.\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise architecture and application lifecycle management.\n\nExperience with Azure B2C or Login.gov integration.\n\nExperience working on a Scrum team using a ticket management system (Azure DevOps or Jira)\n\nExemplary communication skills.\n\nPersonnel filling this requirement/position must be US citizen\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform Azure and / or Dynamics 365.\n\nExperience modernizing legacy applications.\n\nExperience supporting federal agencies.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps.\n\nKnowledge of Section 508 accessibility and federal security requirements.\n\nExperience integrating Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.\n\nExperience implementing security, governance, and compliance controls in Power Platform
