performant backend servicesfor telemetry ingestion, processing, and querying.\n• Architect data pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces using moderntechnologies (e.g., Kafka, ClickHouse, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).\n• Develop REST and gRPC APIs to support frontend dashboards andexternal integrations.\n• Contribute to the evolution of our microservices architecture, CI/CDpipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.\n• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with an eye forperformance and scalability.\n• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoringjunior engineers.\n• Continuously monitor and improve the reliability, observability, andperformance of backend systems.\nTech Stack You Might Work With\n• Languages: Go (Golang), Python,Rust (nice to have), TypeScript (for tooling)\n• Data: ClickHouse, PostgreSQL,Redis, Kafka, TimescaleDB, Elasticsearch\n• Infra: Kubernetes, Docker,Terraform, AWS/GCP\n• Protocols: gRPC, REST,OpenTelemetry, OTLP, Prometheus Remote Write\n• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD,Helm\nWhat We’re Looking For\n• 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in SaaS orhigh-scale data systems.\n• Proficiency in Golang (orstrong experience in other systems languages with a willingness to learn Go).\n• Solid experience designing APIs and working with event-drivenarchitectures or streaming data.\n• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, andcloud-native architectures.\n• Experience with observability tools, telemetry pipelines, or monitoring platforms is a big plus.\n• Comfort
