You will conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruitment plan that you will develop and execute, ensuring our partner operations are fully staffed.\nLocation: Tolleson, AZ\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that align with business needs and to fill field positions for our client sites\nAnalyzes industry, product, and geographical trends in talent\nManages tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talent\nSupport full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, scheduling and interviewing\nDetermines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions\nNegotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers\nDevelop efficient recruiting process that meets client’s need\nDevelop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientations\nInfluence hiring decisions to ensure best fit and long-term success\nCreate an ongoing candidate pipeline\nAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision\nSupport end-to-end recruiting operations\nMonitor the effectiveness of all ad campaigns\nParticipate in job fairs and community events\nQualifications:\n1+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting process\nBachelors’ Degree is preferred\nStrong understanding of recruiting practices \nProficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)\nKnowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word\nStrong communications skills, both oral and written\nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nBilingual skills in English / Spanish\nSalary Range: $51,092.66 - $63,865.83 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.\nPlease note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.\nBenefits and Well-Being:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
