The role requires strong attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment.\nLocation: Remote\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nManage specialized billing processes for key customers in accordance with unique contractual and invoicing requirements.\nOversee billing, account reconciliations, and remittance application for VMS customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nPartner with branch teams to obtain missing documentation and resolve customer billing disputes efficiently.\nCommunicate directly with customers to address invoice discrepancies, late payments, and outstanding balances.\nInitiate and process credit requests and support accurate cash application as needed.\nMonitor, report, and escalate unresolved or complex billing issues to appropriate stakeholders.\nServe as a primary liaison between Billing, Collections, Major and National Accounts, and Operations to facilitate issue resolution.\nCollaborate closely with the Global Billing Team to ensure process adherence, identify issues, and drive timely resolution.\nIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and reduce days to bill.\nEducation and Experience\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. \n2-4 years’ experience in high volume transaction processing\nCore Knowledge and Skills\nStrong ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines under pressure.\nProficient in POS, ERP, CRM, or comparable business applications.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nQuick learner with the ability to adopt new software programs and apply them effectively to operational processes.\nProven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCommitted to contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.\nSkilled in maintaining clear and effective communication with accounting departments, field personnel, and customers.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThis position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.\nSalary Range: $21.00 - $26.20 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.\nPlease note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.\nBenefits and Well-Being:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
