Responsible for approving payroll activities and providing support to site forecasting and budgets. Being the backup for responsible job sites when managers are out of the office to ensure that all strategic goals and objectives are met.\nLocation: Jackson, TN\nEssential Job Functions\nRegularly travel to supported sites, dedicating a minimum of one week per month for on-site support. \nDirectly support and collaborate with distinct sites, each representing different clients/companies, under the supervisor's guidance. \nProvide support for training new team members and take on the role of a trainer and mentor for new managers within the team. \nAssist in forecasting and budgeting processes. \nTake responsibility as the payroll approver for designated sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll policies. \nAct as the primary backup for the hiring manager during travel or out-of-office periods. \nProvide backup coverage for sites when managers are absent, maintaining operational continuity. \nAct as a payroll backup for the hiring manager’s team, contributing to payroll-related activities when needed. \nEducation/Experience\nBachelor’s degree with 4+ years of process management experience \n1+ years supervisory experience \nHighly effective personnel and process management skills and techniques \nProven skills and knowledge on training, coaching, and performance evaluation \nKnowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word \nStrong communication skills, both oral and written \nAbility to solve complex problems, including finance \nStrong interpersonal and customer service skills\nExceptional attention to detail\nSalary Range: $60,573.66 - $75,717.08 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.\nPlease note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.\nBenefits and Well-Being:\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
