You’ll be responsible for architecture, code quality, and delivery cadence for the platform capabilities we develop, including areas such as networking, app architecture, performance, developer tooling, and shared libraries. You will take part in technical discussions across the organization, helping shape the long-term technical direction of our Android platform.\nWhat you will do\nWrite code with great code standards\nDeliver complex features on both front-end intensive tasks and performance improvements on the existing code base\nCover the code implementations with tests and improve the code coverage\nParticipate in code reviews and technical design discussions\nBring engineering experience to advise product and business teams to make better decisions \nMentor the junior developers and take ownership of maintaining high engineering standards and a growth mindset in the team. \nBe the point of contact and liaise with the release team on the continuous delivery of high-quality code and the timely resolution of bugs\nWhat you bring in\n3+ years of experience in Android development\nStrong knowledge of the Android SDK\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs\nSound knowledge of Kotlin and Java programming languages\nProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git\nExperience with SQL databases\nExcellent debugging skills \nFluent in English, in speaking and writing\nExperience in working with Agile methodologies\nIt would be great if you also have\nFamiliarity with other mobile operating systems, like iOS\nFirebase tools such as remote config\nAB testing, Crashlytics, and user acquisition tools such as Appsflyer\nCRM tools such as Clevertap\nWhat we offer: \nWe support growth through learning resources, leadership programs, mentoring, and real hands-on work.
