You'll write robust code that works seamlessly across 150+ device types and configurations. Collaborating with partners on their SDKs while leveraging our own multi-format ad technology. Additionally, You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into reality.\nWhat you’ll do: \nTake ownership of the features that you build and ensure a high level of user experience \nContribute actively to the Android engineering discipline across the company by driving best practices in architecture, modularization, testing, and engineering workflows.\nParticipate in and contribute to the team’s Agile practices\nChampion privacy, security, and reliability in all Android features and user data interactions.\nProactively identify performance bottlenecks in business workflows and design low-latency, highly efficient solutions.\nUtilize modern Android development tools (Jetpack, Kotlin, etc.) to build clean, scalable, and maintainable code which impacts 400 million users\nLeverage your knowledge of Ad tech APIs, SDKs, and mediation platforms to optimize ad delivery and monetization.\nWhat you bring in: \n8+ years of experience in Android development with Java, Kotlin, Coroutines and Dependency injection.\nAn extensive, hands-on experience with modern Android application development tools and libraries incl. application lifecycle, asynchronous server communication, and UI components.\nFamiliar in ad tech concepts, platforms, and best practices (e.g., mediation, bidding)\nExcellent problem solving skills and proactiveness to tackle challenging problems\nExcellent in designing and architecting high scale Android applications. \nProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git \nSound knowledge of testing framework like junit, mockito, roboelectric and espresso.\nA mind-set to get things done while maintaining high standards by shipping high quality code. \nMonitor and optimize application performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to functionality, responsiveness, and resource usage.\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, gRPC\nIt would be great if you also have:\nExperience in ad tech concepts, platforms, and best practices \nExperience of Jetpack Compos\nWhat we offer: \nWe support growth through learning resources, leadership programs, mentoring, and real hands-on work.
