We're live and revenue-generating with customers, growing quickly, and on a mission to modernize how health plans operate to make the healthcare system more transparent, efficient and affordable for everyone.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a Solutions Engineer who can sit at the intersection of product, engineering and customer success - translating customer needs into technical solutions that drive direct user impact. You’ll be the technical and implementation expert for our customers - helping to debug their product / engineering issues, manage technical requests, configure our platform for specific use cases, and occasionally build lightweight features or integrations to unblock customers.\nThis is a customer-visible role: you'll be on customer calls and external Slack/email channels, representing TrueClaim's technical capabilities and making sure customers can leverage our platform fully. You’ll need coding experience (both frontend and backend), but you don't need to be an architect building new systems from scratch. This is an in-person role in our San Francisco office (4 days per week).\nWhat You'll Do\nCustomer-facing technical work\nJoin customer calls to troubleshoot technical issues and answer questions\nDebug and resolve customer-reported bugs across our stack\nConfigure TrueClaim's platform to meet specific customer requirements\n\nProduct & engineering collaboration\nTranslate customer feedback into actionable technical/product changes\nWork with the engineering team to prioritize bug fixes and feature requests\nBuild lightweight tools, scripts, or integrations to solve customer problems\n\nImplementation & integration support\nSupport data migration and system integration projects\nTroubleshoot API integrations and data exchange issues\n\nQualifications\nExperience: 2+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, QA Engineer, Sales Engineer)\n\nTechnical skills: Hands-on coding experience with both frontend and backend technologies (including Python and front-end Next.js typescript code). Proven ability to debug technical issues across a full-stack application. \n\nOther skills: Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
