are seeking an experienced MicrostationSpecialist to support our Land Survey group in preparing high-quality survey deliverables for New York City and State agency projects.\nThe ideal candidate will have solid experience in MicroStation, solid understanding of survey workflows, and hands-on experience working on projects for MTA, DDC, DEP, DOT, Parks, and other public agencies.\nPay is starting at $35/hr- 45/hr + based on experience.\nWhat you'll do\nDraft and produce survey drawings including topographic, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, right-of-way, and utility surveys in compliance with agency standards.\nProcess field data and generate accurate base maps and digital terrain models (DTMs).\nEnsure Microstation deliverables meet NYC agency Microstation standards, coordinate systems, and layer naming conventions.\nCollaborate with field crews, project managers, and engineers to maintain data consistency and resolve discrepancies.\nPrepare record maps, easement maps, as-built drawings, and legal description exhibits.\nOrganize and manage Microstation files and survey data efficiently across multiple projects.\nSupport proposal and QA/QC efforts by maintaining documentation and Microstation templates.\nMinimum Qualifications\n3+ years of Microstation drafting experience in land surveying or civil design.\nProficiency in Microstation\nDemonstrated experience with New York City and State agency projects (MTA, DDC, DEP, DOT, Parks, etc.).\nStrong understanding of survey data processing, coordinate systems, and geospatial references.\nThis role will require the successful completion of fit for work testing which includes Drug & Alcohol testing\nPreferred Qualification\nExcellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.\nAssociate degree or higher in Surveying, Civil Technology, or related field
