Product Manager

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify high-impact opportunities across AI video creation, personalization, and distribution.

User and Market Understanding:

• Deeply understand customer pain points, use cases, and workflows.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and features.

Execution and Delivery:

• Work with engineering and AI teams to ship high-quality products fast.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the product lifecycle from idea to launch to iteration.

Growth and Metrics Ownership:

• Track and optimize key metrics: activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, funnels) to improve product performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Ensure tight feedback loops between users, product, and business teams.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for GTM execution.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in product management (preferably B2B SaaS / AI/growth products).
• Strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products.
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bias for action, ownership, and speed.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in AI/ML products, creator tools, or marketing tech.
• Background in growth/product-led growth (PLG).
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, or SQL.
