retention, and analytics teams to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and improve product performance\n\nHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT\n\nProvide comprehensive analytical insights to cross-functional teams, including regular product performance overviews.\n\nConduct in-depth retention analysis to identify churn drivers and recommend effective retention strategies.\n\nIdentify product improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and user behavior insights.\n\nAnalyze and improve tournament structures, promotional campaigns, bonus mechanics, and customer communication strategies.\n\nDetect anomalies in key product and business metrics and investigate their potential causes.\n\nWork with large datasets using BigQuery.\n\nDevelop and maintain regular reports and dashboards.\n\nWork with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, PostHog, and similar platforms.\n\nPresent findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to turn analytical findings into measurable product improvements.\n\nWHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE\n\n2+ years of experience in iGaming as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Retention Analyst, or in a similar role.\n\nStrong practical experience with SQL and working with large datasets.\n\nProven experience in identifying and implementing product improvements based on data insights.\n\nStrong understanding of product, retention, and iGaming metrics.\n\nAbility to independently investigate problems, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\n\nStrong presentation and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nWHY YOU’LL
