resilient integration schemes with third-party services\n\nTranslate partner and business requests into clear, structured technical tasks for development teams.\n\nReview and interpret API documentation from third-party services.\n\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering to scope, test, and deliver new integrations.\n\nMaintain an internal registry of third-party systems and API endpoints.\n\nSupport release validation and QA testing of integration-related features.\n\nPartner & Internal Collaboration\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for integration-related requests from B2B clients.\n\nProvide clear documentation and integration guides for internal and external teams.\n\nCollaborate with the Core Product team to align integrations with the overall platform strategy.\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues and coordinate fixes with developers.\n👤 Our Criteria:\n\n2+ years of experience in integration management, product operations, or technical project coordination, preferably in iGaming, SaaS, or fintech.\n\nSolid understanding of API integrations, REST/JSON principles, and data flows between systems.\n\nExperience working with third-party vendors or marketing automation tools (e.g., Smartico, Customer.io, or similar).\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation and explain it clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple integration projects in parallel.\n\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nEnglish level Upper-Intermediate or higher.\nYour Strengths:\n\nBackground in iGaming or B2B product management.\n\nFamiliarity with webhooks, event-based systems, and no-code automation tools.\n\nBasic
