activities to minimize impacts on production.\nPartner with company leadership to prioritize facility investments and support future operational needs.\nMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.\nMust-Haves as the Facility Manager:\nExperience managing facilities, maintenance operations, construction projects, or infrastructure improvements.\nStrong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utilities, and general facility maintenance.\nProven ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and outside service providers.\nExperience overseeing facility repairs, improvement projects, and preventive maintenance activities.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documentation.\nWorking knowledge of workplace safety requirements and contractor compliance.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking or scheduling systems.\nComfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing environment, including walking production areas, climbing ladders, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.\nNice-to-Haves as the Facility Manager:\n5+ years of experience in facilities management, industrial maintenance, construction management, or project management.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, or production facilities.\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating facility expansions, equipment installations, or larger capital improvement projects.\nFamiliarity with managing utility systems, production-related infrastructure, and maintenance planning in active industrial facilities.\nExperience working closely with production leadership to minimize operational
