# Foreman Pipefitter

As a long-established, employee-owned mechanical contractor, we are seeking an experienced Foreman Pipefitter to lead crews on commercial, mechanical, and process piping projects from their southern MA hub. You'll run the work in the field, from reading drawings and P&IDs through fabrication and installation, for $50-$65 per hour plus an annual bonus, profit sharing, and employee stock ownership. As an employee-owned company, they share their success through an ESOP, annual profit sharing that has paid out every year for more than a decade, and a year-end bonus. With decades in business and a field team that's growing fast, this is a long-term home for a foreman who takes pride in quality work and building strong crews. What You'll Do as the Foreman Pipefitter: Lead pipefitting crews on commercial, mechanical, process, and petroleum piping projects Read and interpret work scopes, engineered drawings, and P&IDs to plan work procedures and build methods Plan and sequence daily work, manpower, materials, and tools to keep projects on schedule Fabricate and install piping systems and equipment to specifications using grooved, threaded, soldered, brazed, and welded connections Apply the
