business.\nProven success overseeing business operations beyond individual project management responsibilities.\nStrong financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, gross margin, and profitability.\nExperience managing teams, developing employees, and holding people accountable for results.\nDemonstrated ability to make operational decisions involving staffing, resources, customer needs, and business performance.\nExperience building and maintaining relationships with commercial construction customers.\nUnderstanding of how construction projects, estimating, contractors throughout Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.\nBackground in architectural doors, frames, hardware, Division 8, or Division 10 construction products.\nExperience in commercial glazing, architectural aluminum, millwork, finish carpentry, or related specialty trades.\nProven success growing revenue while maintaining or improving gross margins and EBITDA.\nExperience developing pricing strategies, managing overhead, and improving operational KPIs.\nBackground leading business development initiatives or expanding established contractor accounts.\nExperience building leadership teams, improving organizational structures, or implementing operational improvements.\nAbility to work effectively with both field personnel and executive leadership.\nExperience managing a branch, division, or regional construction operation with significant financial responsibility.\nThis Role Offers:\nCompetitive base salary targeting $160,000-$180,000 annually.\nPotential performance-based incentive
