coordinate with county recording and assessor offices\nPrepare discovery templates, draft discovery documents, and organize discovery materials\nFinalize briefs, motions, and exhibits for filing\nTrack and manage court and calendaring deadlines across a busy caseload\nCommunicate directly with opposing counsel and their staff on scheduling, discovery, and case logistics\nHelp prepare for arbitrations and trials, including exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders\nMaintain organized case files and support the attorneys with whatever the caseload requires\nTake on more responsibility as you grow with the team\nMust-Haves as the Senior Litigation Paralegal:\n2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally 5 or more\nFamiliarity with Nevada law and Nevada court procedures\nStrong command of the litigation process, including e-filing, discovery, and calendaring\nComfort communicating directly with opposing counsel and their paralegals\nExceptional attention to detail and deadline management\nAbility to manage shifting priorities across multiple attorneys and matters\nAbility to work primarily in the Henderson, NV office\nNice-to-Haves as the Senior Litigation Paralegal:\nParalegal certificate or degree (strongly preferred)\nConstruction litigation experience\nExperience preparing and recording mechanic’s liens\nExperience working with county recorder and assessor offices\nArbitration experience\nTrial preparation experience\nRelativity experience\nExperience at a larger litigation firm\nThis Role Offers:\nBase salary of $65,000-$80,000,
