Our Client

Our client is a creative marketing agency focused on social-first, culture-driven content and campaigns. The agency partners with leading global brands to create innovative work across social media, digital content, video, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a fast-paced creative agency environment and lead the execution of large-scale, social-first campaigns. You will work closely with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, and leadership teams to bring complex creative projects from initial scoping through final delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and able to balance timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations while keeping teams moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.

• Develop project plans covering phases, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and required resources.

• Manage project scope, SOWs, budgets, estimates, and hours tracking.

• Estimate team hours and resource needs across project phases and monitor actual hours against budget.

• Coordinate resources and work with team leads to staff projects according to expertise and availability.

• Partner with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, and leadership to align priorities and deliverables.

• Facilitate internal check-ins, meetings, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.

• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and scope concerns and drive them toward resolution.

• Escalate potential timeline, budget, resource, or scope issues when necessary.

• Partner with Account/Client Service teams to coordinate client feedback, approvals, and expectations.

• Work closely with Production teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and budgetary requirements.

• Help improve project management processes, systems, and documentation to increase operational efficiency.

• Manage multiple client programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and overall project strategy.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience within a creative or marketing agency.

• Strong experience managing social-first or social media brand campaigns.

• Experience managing complex, multi-phase creative projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with SOWs, budgets, project estimates, hours tracking, and resource planning.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Client Service/Account, Strategy, Creative, Production, and Media teams.

• Strong understanding of social media and integrated campaign execution.

• Experience with project management and time-tracking tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Harvest, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a broader strategic view.

• Based in Latin America (LATAM).

• Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience managing campaigns with high budget.

• Experience with video content production and influencer campaigns.

• Experience with always-on social media programs.

• Background in experiential marketing, fashion, entertainment, or other fast-paced, culture-driven environments.
