They lead the digital publishing space by partnering with professional directors and award-winning voice talent to deliver premium content to a massive audience.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer and Administrator to join an agile technical team responsible for driving and supporting a broad suite of business-critical platforms. In this dynamic role, you will balance daily operational enhancements with major strategic initiatives, including a highly anticipated telephony platform migration and expanding Experience Cloud capabilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who excels at determining when to leverage declarative configuration versus custom code, seamlessly translating fast-paced business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, configure, and maintain robust functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\n\nPartner with technical leadership and the existing team to evaluate business requirements and architect the most efficient solutions utilizing either configuration or custom development.\n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize complex automations, workflows, and custom capabilities.\n\nProgram and support Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code.\n\nExecute and support seamless data integrations between Salesforce and various external platforms or APIs.\n\nDrive the technical execution of a major telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys, critically evaluating and rebuilding all associated system integrations and automations.\n\nLead upcoming Experience Cloud initiatives and ongoing system enhancements.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly across the entire supported environment.\n\nTranslate dynamic business requirements into well-documented, actionable technical tasks.\n\nCreate, update, and manage all configuration and development tickets using Jira.\n\nOperate independently within a distributed team, effectively adapting to shifting business priorities.\n\nQualifications and Job Requirements\nStrong hands-on experience in both Salesforce development and administration.\n\nProven expertise utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of declarative development and advanced system configuration.\n\nDemonstrated hands-on coding experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.\n\nExtensive background in building, managing, and troubleshooting system automations using both standard and custom objects.\n\nSolid experience successfully integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and external APIs.\n\nStrong technical judgment with the ability to confidently decide between custom development and out-of-the-box configuration.\n\nHigh level of comfort documenting technical decisions and managing workflows within Jira.\n\nAbility to execute complex projects independently with limited supervision.\n\nExperience with Genesys integrations is highly preferred.\n\nPrevious experience operating Talkdesk or similar Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) platforms is a strong plus.\n\nDirect experience migrating, assessing, or rebuilding telephony-related automations is highly desirable.\n\nFamiliarity with Marketing Cloud is a distinct advantage.\n\nKnowledge of or experience integrating tools like Zapier, HiTouch, SMS, or live chat platforms is a plus.\n\nPrevious experience operating within a small technical team supporting multiple operational and customer-facing systems is preferred.\n\nWhat We Offer\n100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
