The role centers on developing production-quality automated tests-including unit, integration, and selective end-to-end tests-and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability. Engineers collaborate with product teams across multiple technologies to create maintainable testing solutions, reduce CI/CD instability, and enhance overall software quality.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.\n\nImprove test coverage and identify quality risks across existing applications.\n\nLeverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate test development and maintenance.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve test failures across application, infrastructure, and data layers.\n\nReduce flaky tests and improve CI/CD pipeline reliability.\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to enhance testability and confidence in production systems.\n\nEstablish scalable testing standards, tools, and best practices across multiple products.\n\nQualifications and Job Requirements\nStrong programming skills in C#.\n\nExperience developing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests.\n\nFamiliarity with testing frameworks such as xUnit, JUnit, Jest, and Playwright.\n\nSolid understanding of testing concepts, including unit testing, integration testing, mocking, and test isolation.\n\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively within large and complex codebases.\n\nExperience working in Shift Left and quality-focused engineering environments.\n\nStrong English communication skills and collaborative mindset.\n\nInterest in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for test generation, refactoring, and coverage analysis.\n\nBasic understanding of LLMs or a strong willingness to learn.\n\nWhat We Offer\n100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
