They will also act as a mentor within the team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n Be able to communicate technical concepts the client requirements ensure delivery of a quality technical solution\n Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team\n Understand be able to explain roles responsibilities within Scrum Team how to work within Agile environment\n Contribute clean code, ensure consistent delivery high quality the standard expected within team\n Mentor junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards\n Do peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback\n Write user stories and guide other team members do so\n Contribute manuals and/or technical documentation implementation configuration\n Identify system issues and suggest effective solutions for your team\n Maintain and develop backend applications\n Support resolving issues raised by QA or support team\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology\n Minimum 3 years experience\n Be able to communicate in English well (speaking, listening and writing)\n Proficiency Java Application Frameworks (Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and other Spring libraries)\n Understanding of object-oriented principles and several design patterns\n Good understanding of RESTful API, JSON, JWT, SOAP, XML\n Good understanding of Microservices, DNS and Load Balancing and any docker containersplatforms. Familiarity with the Openshift container platform is a plus.\n\n Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
