within the iGaming sector, and a proven track record of managing client relationships using CRM tools and data-driven insights.\nIt is important for us that you have:\n1-3+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably within the iGaming industry\n\nStrong communication, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills\n\nFluency in English (additional languages: Russian and Ukrainian)\n\nProficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce) and strong skills in Excel and data reporting\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally for industry events or client visits\n\nYou will:\nAct as the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients\n\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and account growth\n\nOversee onboarding, integration, and the full lifecycle management of partner accounts\n\nWork closely with internal departments such as Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure client needs are met\n\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to help drive revenue growth\n\nTrack and report client performance and KPIs, and manage contract accuracy and renewals\n\nWe
