Manager / Game Designer to help us develop and scale CopyStake - a social gaming product for iGaming.\nWe need someone who can design new game and gamification mechanics that increase player engagement, retention, and monetization, and take them from idea to implementation.\nMandatory: 3+ years of experience in Game Design / Game Product Management / Product Ownership, with hands-on experience creating game mechanics, gamification, player engagement, or retention features in iGaming, social casino, F2P, or casual/mobile games.\nIt is important for us that you have:\nStrong understanding of game mechanics, player engagement, retention, rewards, and monetization.\n\nExperience taking ideas from concept → requirements → development → launch → analysis.\n\nExperience with gamification, LiveOps, tournaments, challenges, progression, loyalty, or reward systems.\n\nProduct mindset and ability to work with metrics, hypotheses, and A/B testing.\n\nExperience working closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Analytics teams.\n\nGood understanding of Agile/Scrum and Product Backlog management.\n\nUpper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.\n\nYou will be responsible for:\nDesigning new game and gamification mechanics for CopyStake.\n\nDeveloping tournaments, challenges, missions, rewards, progression, social mechanics, and other engagement features.\n\nTurning game concepts into clear product requirements and working closely with the development team.\n\nAnalyzing player behavior and product metrics to measure the impact of new mechanics and improve them.\n\nBalancing player experience, engagement, and business value.\n\nWorking with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Analytics, and Business teams.\n\nManaging and prioritizing the relevant Product
