It is important for us that you have: 4+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, People Operations Specialist, or full-cycle HR Manager. Hands-on proficiency with modern HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., PeopleForce, BambooHR, Hurma, Notion, Workday). Ability to collect, interpret, and present HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, absenteeism) to support data-driven decision-making. Proven track record in conducting structured 1-on-1 meetings, delivering constructive feedback, and facilitating group discussions. Solid understanding of local labor regulations, statutory documentation, and contractor/B2B/gig-economy engagement models. Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) English proficiency
