We pair proprietary AI video production tools with a team of filmmakers and engineers to create binge-worthy series at a pace and cost traditional studios can't touch.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and develop consumer-facing web apps for TrueShort and GoodWatch - streaming, discovery, subscriptions, the full user experience\n\nBuild and maintain the CMS that manages content distribution across our apps\n\nUse AI to work on internal company tools that boost our productivity & efficiency\n\nWork across the backend - streaming infrastructure, APIs, content delivery - you'll be close to the full pipeline\n\nShape the product - our engineers at TrueShort aren't just implementers. You'll influence what we build and how.\n\nWork alongside talented engineers and executors to create the new Netflix.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong frontend skills in React / Next.js - you should be fast and opinionated here\n\nReact Native / Android experience is highly relevant, but not required.\n\nStrong backend engineering experience. Experience with AWS or similar cloud-native infrastructure is a plus.\n\nExperience building internal tools and dashboards - you enjoy making other teams more productive\n\nComfort working across the stack when needed - backend, infra, data pipelines\n\nAn eye for UX - you care deeply about what the user actually experiences, not just whether the code compiles\n\nSelf-directed, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity that comes from working in a startup environment\n\nGenuine interest and experience in AI as both a product domain and a development tool\n\nWe care about what you can build, not how many years are on your résumé.\n\nThe Stack\nFrontend: Next.js, React\nBackend: AWS Amplify (Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, CloudWatch)\nMobile: Swift (Native IOS).
