troubleshooting of critical network incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.\n\n- Develop and maintain network automation scripts using Python and Ansible to improve operational efficiency.\n\n- Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities through ServiceNow while adhering to SLA and ITIL processes.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\n- Strong expertise in Enterprise Networking, including LAN, WAN, and Data Center technologies.\n\n- Advanced knowledge of Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Route Redistribution.\n\n- Experience managing WAN technologies, including MPLS, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and SD-WAN.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN or equivalent SD-WAN solutions.\n\n- Proficiency in Palo Alto Firewalls, including NAT, VPNs, Security Policies, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).\n\n- Strong understanding of Data Center Networking, including Spine-Leaf architecture, VXLAN, EVPN, and Multi-tenancy.\n\n- Experience with Network Monitoring & Performance Management using LogicMonitor and SolarWinds.\n\n- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes using ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.\n\n- Proficiency in Network Automation using Python and Ansible.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance optimization.\n\n- Experience in Change Management, including CAB participation and production change implementation.\n\n- Hands-on experience coordinating with ISPs, OEMs, and third-party vendors for incident
