(BIP).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAPI & Integration Development:\nDesign, build, test, and consume secure RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services (JSON, XML, WSDL, OpenAPI/Swagger) for seamless data exchange between Oracle Fusion systems and third-party platforms.\nBuild and maintain scalable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) utilizing REST, SOAP, Oracle Fusion/ERP Cloud, HCM, and database adapters.\n Implement authentication standards (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, API Keys, SSL certificates) and configure custom REST endpoints within Oracle Cloud.\n Database & Business Logic Development:\n Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, triggers, and custom data-processing scripts.\n Perform SQL query performance tuning, index optimization, and data modeling for high-volume transaction staging.\n\n Reporting & Data Utilities:\n Design and deliver custom Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) data models, layout templates (RTF/Excel/eText), and reports, as well as OTBI analytics.\n Build automated data extraction pipelines using FBDI (File-Based Data Import), HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM extract, and API-triggered background jobs.\n\n Architecture, Testing & Support:\n Create detailed technical design specifications (TD080/MD070), Postman collections, mapping sheets, and architecture diagrams.\n Perform unit testing, API payload validation, exception handling, and post-production hypercare support.\n\n Required Qualifications & Skills\n\nWeb Services & Integrations:\n Deep understanding and practical experience working with REST and SOAP APIs (payload design, JSON/XML handling, HTTP methods, status codes, and security mechanisms).\n Hands-on development experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\n\n Core Technical Development:\n Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (collections, bulk processing, dynamic SQL, and performance tuning).\nHands-on experience developing data models and layouts in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).\n Oracle Domain Knowledge: \nTechnical exposure to data structures, APIs, and business events across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (Projects, HCM, Financials, or SCM).\n\n Education & Experience:\n\n Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n 4–7+ years of experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant.\n Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills\nProficiency with API testing and debugging tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or cURL.\n Experience with OIC global fault handling, centralized error logging, and webhooks.\n Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, API
