No full remote or relocation assistance available at this time.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.\nLead the development and coordination of Compensation and Human Capital Committee materials.\n\nLead the preparation and review of executive compensation content for proxy statement disclosures and other external reporting.\n\nDevelop and deliver compensation program recommendations and materials, along with pay for performance analyses and market assessments to inform executive compensation strategy and decision making.\n\nPartner with internal stakeholders to help design, evaluate, and implement executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and perquisites.\n\nPartner with the Board's independent compensation consultant to conduct benchmarking and assess internal equity, alignment with market practices, governance standards, and shareholder expectations.\n\nSupport compliance with applicable regulatory, accounting, and disclosure requirements, while identifying and managing risk through sound governance practices.\n\nAdminister Director compensation programs and manage the annual Director deferred compensation enrollment process, including coordination with internal partners and external vendors.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.\n2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience as an in-house compensation professional or 5 years of professional compensation experience with a consulting firm.\n3. Strong knowledge of all aspects of executive compensation program design.\n4. Proxy statement disclosure and Board material preparation experience.\n5. Project management experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\n1. Advanced graduate degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.\n2.
