Perform system integration support for all project work. \nConsult and partner with the business product owners to understand the end goal and offer solutions and recommendations during the design. \nDevelop customized coding, software integration, perform analysis, configure solutions, using tools specific to the project or the area.\nLead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards, including robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing.\nBuild non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.\nBuild in and maintain security controls and monitoring in support of company standards.\nLead moderately complex projects and participate in larger, more complex initiatives.\nSolve complex technical and operational problems. Act as a resource for teammates.\nResponsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly.\nEngage with the business from the beginning of the design work.\nLeverage continuous engineering practices to deliver business value regarding effectiveness of the design. Actively participate in refining user stories.\nResponsible for design, developing, and maintaining automated unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing.\nResponsible for providing automated monitoring capabilities, providing warranty support, and providing knowledge transfer to production support.\nDevelop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner.\nRequirements\nMust have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field plus 4 years of experience in software engineering or IT consulting positions performing/utilizing the following:\no Demonstrating expertise in various nodes of ACE, including HTTP server nodes, Web services, File and Transformation nodes.\nUsing Multi-Tier and Web Enabling the Legacy Systems with IBM WebSphere MQ Series and WebSphere Message Broker.\nIBM App Connect Enterprise (or IBM Integration bus) development using App Connect Enterprise and different ESQL functions with different formats (NACHA, TDS, & XML) and with different message domains (XMLNSC & MRM).\nHandling messages with MRM, XML and JMS parsers.\nDevelopment in WebSphere Message Broker using ESQL.\nUtilizing experience with: IBM Financial Transaction Manager 3.2.11 (FTM), Angular, HTML 5, SCSS, Typescript, Node JS , Express JS, and SQL\nIn the alternative, employer will accept 6 years of experience in software engineering or IT consulting positions performing/utilizing the aforementioned.\nMust have at least 2 years of experience with:\nApplying in-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implementIT best practices\nUnderstanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function\nPlanning and managing projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices.\nApplying broad functional knowledge in defining technology requirements.\nInterpreting internal and external business challenges and implementing best practices to improve products, processes, or services.\nLeading technology projects of moderate complexity.\nWorking with Java\nPosition may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Charlotte, NC.
