You will own HubSpot, build the dashboards leadership runs the business on, run our conference and event calendar, and produce the collateral and landing pages our reps use every day.\nThis is a pick-up-the-shovel role. There is no playbook to inherit and no team to delegate to. We need an executor who sees what the sales team needs, builds it, ships it, and moves to the next thing the same week. If you like owning a lot of moving parts and making them run cleanly, this is your seat.\nWhat You Will Do\nHubSpot and reporting\nOwn HubSpot administration end to end: pipelines, deal stages, properties, workflows, sequences, lead routing, and user permissions.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for activity, pipeline, conversion, forecast, and rep performance.\nEnforce data hygiene and keep the CRM accurate enough for leadership to trust every number.\nPartner with SDRs, Pre-Sales, Growth, and AEs to remove friction from their daily workflow.\nEvents and conferences\nPlan and run Truleo’s presence at law enforcement conferences and trade shows.\nManage booth logistics, registrations, shipping, travel, and budgets.\nTrack event ROI in HubSpot from badge scan to closed deal.\nCollateral and landing pages\nCreate and maintain sales collateral: one-pagers, decks, proposal templates, and leave-behinds.\nBuild and update sales landing pages in HubSpot for lunch & learns.\nSales support\nSupport the team with proposals, quotes, contracts, and procurement paperwork (RFPs, sole-source letters, vendor forms).\nOnboard new reps to tools and processes.\nTake on whatever the sales team needs next.\nQualifications\n3-5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations at a B2B SaaS or technology company.\nExpert-level HubSpot skills: admin, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and landing pages. HubSpot certifications a plus.\nTrack record of building reporting that leadership actually uses.\nHands-on experience planning conferences or trade shows.\nStrong writing and design sense; comfortable in Canva, Google Suite, or similar tools.\nHighly organized executor who manages many priorities without dropping details.\nLives in the Greenville, SC area. This is an in-office role with occasional event travel.\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting sales into government or public safety, including RFPs and procurement.\nCompensation\nCompetitive base salary plus annual bonus (see Salary Benchmarks above).
