We're looking for a Mid-Senior Product Designer who thrives on solving complex product challenges, brings strong visual craft, works fluently inside an established design system and helps it grow.\nResponsibilities\nDesign end-to-end experiences for the Office of the CFO, where finance leaders and teams work with AI and agents on high-stakes workflows. \nWork on the platform and infrastructure layer: shared experience patterns, frameworks, and foundations that let new capabilities feel like one coherent product, not separate features.\nContribute to Trullion’s design system: extend components, tokens, and variables, and keep them consistent and scalable as the product grows.\nLead the full design cycle, from research and flows to pixel-perfect UX/UI across all states and scenarios.\nRaise the visual bar of the product with a modern, refined UI.\nCollaborate closely with Product and R&D on design consistency and execution quality.\nCreate high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for testing, iteration, and customer validation.\nPresent concepts to stakeholders and advocate for decisions rooted in data, research, and user needs.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience in product design (mid-senior to senior), ideally in a product-led SaaS company.\nExperience designing for complex B2B SaaS, ideally finance or other data-heavy products.\nExperience in companies with an established design system. Proven experience contributing to one.\nSolid knowledge of design tokens and variables: structure, naming, modes/theming, and how they map to code.\nStrong visual skills and a good understanding of modern UI. \nGenuine interest in designing for AI agents and in generative UI.\nStrong portfolio showing flows, systems thinking, and UI execution.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nExperience prototyping with AI tools.\nHands-on experience designing AI, agent-based, or generative UI experiences.\nAbout us\nWe embrace our core values in everything we do:\nThink BIG.
