Together with our Trust team, you will help shape the future of our bank.\nAs an AML Analyst you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers. \nJob Description \nThe candidate will be assigned to the AMLCDD team which focuses on ensuring that Customer Due Diligence, KYC and Transaction monitoring for the retail business clients are carried out in a timely and accurate manner, within the policies as established by the regulatory bodies and internal guideline.\nThe Role Responsibility: \nEngage clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate the collections of relevant documents in accordance with in-house procedures and local regulations\nPrepare, review documentation and perform transactional case reviews for escalation of red flags (where applicable)\n\nReview of \"Request for Information\" raised by analysts\n\nHandle all client files in accordance with the agreed guidelines for client’s data maintenance\nEnsure high customer service satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectation through the implementation of service level agreement and standards\nCollaborate with colleagues to drive operational efficiency and contribute to knowledge sharing.\nWorking closely with Financial Crime Compliance Team/Tech/Vendor etc on new system configurations and testing (where required) to ensure smooth implementation.\nHandle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by AMLCDD Lead and Management\nCompliance\nEnsure compliance with the standards and regulatory requirements, including those pertaining to Money Laundering, Sanctions Compliance and KYC.\nParticipate in and/or support the Bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities.\nKey Stakeholders\nHead of Core Operations\nFunctional Partners including Risk, Compliance, HR, Legal, Audit, Product team etc.\nRelevant outsourcing teams\nRole Specific Technical Competencies:\n\nSkill\n\nTarget proficiency level\n\nKYC Analytical skills\n\nCore\n\nTransaction Monitoring Analytical skills\n\nCore\n\nName Screening Risk Assessment\n\nEntry\n\nOur Ideal Candidate: \n1 to 2 years of AML/CDD/KYC experience in financial services.\nRobust written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel a must.\nIf you apply for a job with Trust or submit any personal information in connection with a possible job opportunity, you agree to our privacy notice for job applicants.\nCome as you are!
