development activities.\nKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and develop new industrial customers within assigned territory.\n\nConduct regular field visits to factories, workshops, industrial plants, hotels, and commercial facilities.\n\nUnderstand customer operations, maintenance challenges, and technical requirements.\n\nRecommend appropriate lubrication, maintenance, welding, and industrial solutions based on customer needs.\n\nDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and product recommendations.\n\nPrepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.\n\nNegotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.\n\nBuild strong relationships with maintenance managers, production managers, purchasing teams, and plant engineers.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.\n\nAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.\n\nCoordinate with technical and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.\n\nFollow the company’s consultative selling process and sales methodology.\n\nRequirements\nRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree preferably in:\nMechanical Engineering\n\nMechatronics Engineering\n\nChemical Engineering\n\nIndustrial Engineering\n\nPetrochemical Engineering\n\nScience (Chemistry or Industrial Sciences)\n\nExperience2–5 years of experience in:\nTechnical Sales\n\nIndustrial Sales\n\nEngineering Services\n\nMaintenance Products\n\nLubricants\n\nWelding Products\n\nIndustrial Equipment\n\nAutomation Solutions\n\nMRO Products\n\nAutomotive solutions\n\nAutomotive fuel and oil additives\n\nAutomotive air conditioning\n\nTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of industrial environments and maintenance operations.\n\nAbility to read technical specifications and product data sheets.\n\nGood business and commercial awareness.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.\n\nAbility to prepare professional technical and commercial proposals.\n\nPersonal SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nStrong negotiation and relationship-building
