Reporting to the Director of Artificial Intelligence, this role manages a team of AI engineers and technical specialists responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered solutions.\nThe Senior Manager partners closely with business stakeholders, AI Delivery, Architecture, Data, Security, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI capabilities while ensuring engineering excellence, responsible AI practices, and operational readiness.\nJob Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of AI engineers and technical specialists.\nFoster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nManage performance, career development, coaching, and succession planning activities for team members.\nSupport recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.\nWork Management\nOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI development activities.\nManage work progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery commitments.\nRemove barriers and facilitate effective execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nEnsure AI solutions are delivered on time and meet quality, reliability, and security expectations.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide technical guidance for AI and machine learning solution design and implementation.\nPromote engineering standards, reusable components, testing practices, documentation, and development frameworks.\nSupport the adoption of AI engineering, MLOps, automation, and DevSecOps best practices.\nStay current on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to enterprise needs.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical approaches.\nPartner with AI Delivery teams to align development activities with implementation priorities and adoption needs to achieve desired business outcomes.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.\nFoster productive relationships with vendors and technology partners supporting AI development.\nOperational Excellence\nDrive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices.\nSupport SDLC and model lifecycle management, monitoring, reporting, supportability, and operational readiness.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and responsible AI standards.\nThe above statement of duties is not intended to be all inclusive and other duties will be assigned from time to time.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or related professional work experience\n10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or related technical disciplines\n3+ years of experience managing technical teams in delivering complex technology solutions\nDemonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying AI, machine learning, generative AI, or automation solutions\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, cloud-native architectures, APIs, MLOps practices, and modern development methodologies\nStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to balance technical excellence with business value delivery\nPreferred: Experience in regulated environments\nIf you’re ready to help make a difference, apply today.A resume is required to apply.
