We're looking for an experienced People Operations Generalist to join us for approximately 15 months while a team member is on leave.\nYou'll own day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and benefits to HR systems and compliance. You'll also help shape culture and engagement along the way. If you like keeping things running smoothly and making them better at the same time, you'll fit right in.\nWhat You Will Do\nManage onboarding end to end, from preparing employment agreements (where required) and coordinating with cross-functional teams to completing background checks and eligibility verification, while ensuring every new hire has a welcoming first-day experience that fosters a sense of belonging.\nSupport recruiting efforts\nBe the go-to for US and Canadian benefits questions, manage US open enrollment and benefits administration, and serve as point person for our US benefits broker\nAdminister our core HR tools (Namely, Lever, Metacompliance, CultureAmp, and Google Workspace) and keep employee data accurate and audit-ready\nMaintain employee files and status changes in line with policy and retention requirements\nSupport CFO, COO, and VP, Global People Operations compile documentation for audits\nKeep process documentation current across the employee lifecycle (employees, interns, and contractors)\nRun reports from HR software/systems and maintain accuracy and consistency of data\nHelp run rewards, recognition, and L&D programs, and contribute to our culture team\nPartner with Legal and Finance on policy rollouts, US tax registration and ad hoc projects\nAnswer HR inquiries and spot opportunities to streamline how we work\nWhat You Will Bring\n3+ years of full-cycle HR or People Operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment\nHands-on experience with HRIS and HR tech, and a knack for making them easier to use\nFamiliarity with both US and Canadian benefits and employment practices\nSharp attention to detail and strong organization\nComfort working across teams and levels\nBA/BS preferred\nWhat We Offer\nHealth, Vision, and Dental Care (also available for partner)\n100% Work from Home\nOpportunities to participate in health-focused activities -
