Our goal is to enhance, restore, and strengthen the skills needed for independence, stability, and healthy functioning within the home and community environments.\nServices Provided:\nPsychosocial Rehabilitation Services (PRS):\nEnhance and restore skills needed for independence and stability in living, learning, social, and work environments.\nFocus on independent living skills, personal living skills, and interpersonal skills.\nProvide skill-building activities in a supportive community environment.\nOffer person-centered, strengths-based services to improve quality of life and community integration.\nBehavior Modification (B-MOD):\nProvide in vivo redirection and modeling of appropriate behaviors.\nAlter patterns of inappropriate or undesirable behaviors through clinically planned techniques.\nDevelop and strengthen new, appropriate behaviors.\nFocus on optimizing emotional and behavioral functioning in the natural environment.\nFamily Support (FS):\nEnable families or caregivers to be engaged members of the treatment team.\nEquip families with coping skills and educate them to advocate effectively for the member.\nModel and develop skills for families to manage behavioral health and substance use disorder challenges.\nProvide information and skills necessary for families to be active participants in the member’s treatment plan.\nQualifications\nChild Service Professional:\nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college in psychology, social work, early childhood education, child development, or a related field.\nMental Health Professional:\nMaster’s or doctoral degree from a program primarily psychological in nature (e.g., counseling, guidance, or social science equivalent) from an accredited university or college.\nOne year of experience working with the population to be served.\nWork Environment:\nServices provided in community settings, including homes, schools, and other natural environments.\nFlexible scheduling to meet the needs of the clients and families.\nSkills and Abilities:\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\nEmpathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help improve the client's quality of life.\nKnowledge of therapeutic techniques.\nJob Types:Contract\nPay:$16.00 - $22.00 per hour\nEducation:Bachelor's (Required)\nAbility to Commute:Mount Pleasant, SC (Required)\nWork Location:In person\nEEO Statement\nTrusted Results Therapy Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of color, religion, national origin, age, genetics, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or other legally protected status in employment opportunities and benefits.\nOther Duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
