This role serves as a key point of contact for incoming referrals and patient outreach, working closely with the intake team to deliver a smooth experience from first contact through appointment scheduling.\nReferral Intake & Triage\nReceive and enter referrals from MedSender into Atlas\nUpload referral and insurance eligibility verification into Atlas\nTriage and tag service type - therapy, medication management, psychological testing, or a combination\nManage specialty payer / contracts\n\nPatient Outreach & Scheduling\nContact patients same-day to confirm service interest and verify insurance\nMatch patients to the appropriate provider based on insurance, location, and availability\nSchedule appointments for mental health therapy and medication management services\nSend intake forms the same day an appointment is scheduled\n\nFollow-Up & Discharge\nNotify referring provider upon receipt of referral\nManage a 3-attempt follow-up queue over 8 days for patients who have not been reached\nDischarge patients after 3 failed contact attempts and notify the referring practitioner\nAll other duties as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field\n1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role\nClinical literacy - familiarity with mental health service types and terminology\nStrong phone communication and patient-facing skills\nHIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness\nExperience with EHR Preferred Qualifications\nExperience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler\nFamiliarity with insurance platforms, Dialpad\nExperience in a multi-department or multi-location practice\nBilingual - a plus\n\nThis is a remote role, you must be a SC, TX, IL, or CO state resident to apply.\nEEO Statement\nTrusted Results Therapy Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of color, religion, national origin, age, genetics, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or other legally protected status in employment opportunities and benefits.\nOther Duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
