You will develop long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and directly contribute to Trusted Shops’ market expansion and revenue growth.\nYour Responsibilities\nDevelop and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, affiliates, and other e-commerce stakeholders across Spain.\n\nIdentify new business opportunities and strategically expand our partner network.\n\nEngage and activate existing partners, create joint success plans, and improve their performance.\n\nRecognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities and actively contribute to revenue growth.\n\nAnalyze partner and campaign performance and derive data-driven optimization measures.\n\nWork closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to achieve shared growth objectives.\n\nRepresent Trusted Shops at industry events and within the wider e-commerce ecosystem.\n\nRequirements\nYour Profile\n3-5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Sales, ideally within the Spanish market and with an established agency network.\n\nStrong understanding of the e-commerce industry.\n\nExperience in a SaaS environment is an advantage.\n\nStrong commercial acumen, including experience in partner activation, upselling, and indirect sales channels, with exposure to performance marketing and agency-led lead generation.\n\nHands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.\n\nFluent Spanish (C2) and good English skills (B2).\n\nBUILD A COMMUNITY OF TRUST WITH US\nBenefits\nHybrid work: Combine flexible remote work with team time in the office. 3 days in the office and two remote.\n\nWorkation: Temporarily work from a destination of your choice within EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway.\n\nPermanent contract with Europe's trusted brand.\n\n24 vacation days.\n\nBuddy program (an experienced trustee is at your side).\n\nIndividual training opportunities.\n\nEvents (Team Events, Unit Events, etc.)\n\nHealth Pass (free online and offline sports, fitness and health courses).\n\nMental well-being (OpenUp): Confidential access to mental health specialists and personal support.\n\n#cometotrust\nNot sure whether you're exactly what we're looking for?
