We're looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build the engine that brings the right buyers to our door.\nYou'll own demand generation end to end: the campaigns, webinars and events that create interest, the systems that get every lead to our BDR/SDR team fast, and the reporting that shows what's working. If you like building a program as much as running it, and you want your work tied directly to pipeline, we'd like to meet you.\nWhat you'll do\nPlan and run multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, email, content syndication and retargeting.\n\nBuild and run our webinar program and choose, plan and staff industry events, conferences and field events.\n\nSet up lead scoring, routing and follow-up standards so our BDR/SDR team reaches every lead with context and speed.\n\nCreate outreach sequences and talk tracks for each campaign and event, with our BDR/SDR team.\n\nManage the marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement and intent data.\n\nDefine MQLs with sales, build funnel dashboards and report on pipeline and cost per opportunity by program.\n\nOwn the program budget and move spend to what drives pipeline and revenue.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bring\nBachelor of Arts degree or equivalent education.\n\n5+ years in B2B demand generation, including 3+ years at a B2B SaaS company.\n\nA track record of building pipeline, with results you can walk us through.\n\nHands-on experience with paid digital, email nurture, webinars and in-person events.\n\nExperience building lead scoring, routing and handoff processes with a BDR/SDR team.\n\nWorking skill in a CRM and marketing automation platform, such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo.\n\nComfort with data: you build your own reports and understand attribution.\n\nClear writing and strong collaboration with sales, product marketing and leadership.\n\nNice to have\nExperience marketing to security, risk, compliance, GRC or IT buyers.\n\nAccount-based marketing and intent data tools, such as 6sense, Demandbase or Bombora.\n\nSales engagement platforms, such as Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo.\n\nEarly-stage startup experience building a program from
