You will play a key role in transforming complex technical and corporate information into professional, structured and user-friendly documentation, working closely with subject matter experts, colleagues and clients across our global business to ensure documentation meets the highest standards of quality, consistency and compliance.\nThis role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning quickly and working through complex or unfamiliar information without needing constant supervision, with a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable asking good questions, using sound judgement and making steady progress even when source information is incomplete, priorities change or deadlines are tight.\nWe are looking for people who are naturally curious, patient and resilient: people who enjoy new challenges, are willing to step outside their comfort zone, and take pride in producing accurate, structured and professional documentation that supports safety, compliance and customer outcomes.\nWhat you will do\nStructure, format, edit and publish complex technical and corporate documentation using Microsoft Word alongside MadCap Flare and MadCap Central.\n\nCreate, maintain and update technical content based on information provided by subject matter experts and project stakeholders.\n\nTransform complex, technical or incomplete source information into clear, professional and well-structured documentation.\n\nEnsure documentation is accurate, consistent, compliant with company standards and delivered on schedule.\n\nManage and edit large documentation sets, typically ranging from 200 to 800 pages.\n\nCollaborate with colleagues across multiple departments and geographic locations to gather information and validate content.\n\nLiaise with other functional areas of the business to ensure technical content remains accurate and up to date.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve documentation quality, efficiency, consistency and publishing processes.\n\nSupport the development and implementation of new documentation standards, workflows and best practices.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both customer outcomes and internal productivity.\n\nWhat success looks like\nYou are working confidently and independently in MadCap Flare and MadCap Central, having completed the structured onboarding and training programme.\n\nYou are delivering large documentation sets (typically 200 to 800 pages) that are accurate, consistent, compliant with company standards and on schedule, within allocated project hours.\n\nYou have contributed practical improvements to documentation quality, standards, workflows or publishing processes.\n\nTraining and progression\nNo previous experience with MadCap software is required. A structured onboarding and training programme will give you the knowledge, tools and support you need to succeed in the role.\nThis is a role where you will be supported but also trusted to take ownership.
