The team is dynamic and cross-jurisdictional, with an ethos of collaboration and continuous improvement at its heart.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nWe are looking for a Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst to lead end-to-end payroll and benefits operations in Brazil. You will own payroll accuracy and labor compliance, advise and train the associate team, and work with the Payroll Manager on complex cases, process improvements and vendor and audit relationships.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPayroll & Time-off:\nRun and advise on the full payroll closing cycle (inputs, validation of final files, tax assessments), and review the team's adherence to the payroll checklist;\n\nManage the full vacation cycle (PTO/UTO) with HR, planning team vacations so all employees take their periods within labor law deadlines;\n\nOwn the end-to-end termination process (calculations, payments, workflow), guiding junior staff and ensuring a positive offboarding experience;\n\nAdvise on onboarding and offboarding tasks, and build the onboarding benefits and payroll calendars with the People team;\n\nMonitor workloads, accrued hours and hours bank balances with managers and employees, and produce monthly workload reports with HR for labor compliance and staff health monitoring;\n\nMaintain payroll data in the system (compensation, time records, leave, deductions) and keep employee data and documents current in the HRIS, Backoffice tools and Google Drive, correcting errors promptly;\n\nResolve complex payroll cases involving tax implications, accounting discrepancies, regulatory compliance, time reporting anomalies and labor agreements.\n\nBenefits:\nAdminister and reconcile benefits (health, dental, meal vouchers, life insurance, etc.), and advise associates on benefits processes and flows;\n\nReview benefits invoices with Accounting, ensuring correct billing and cost center allocation, and investigate variances, root causes and fixes;\n\nManage reimbursements and their inclusion in payroll and payment platforms.\n\nCompliance, Vendors & Audits:\nManage relationships with payroll suppliers (BPO, health care and others), ensuring accurate processing and statutory reporting (eSocial);\n\nFollow up on HSE management: occupational medicine exams, eSocial events, PWD concierge service, legal required documents and health dashboards with the HSE provider;\n\nHandle government requests and manage communication with auditors for smooth audits;\n\nMonitor compliance with labor legislation, including vacation deadlines and sick leave validations.\n\nReporting & Continuous Improvement:\nProduce and analyze reports (costs, journal entries, taxes, benefits control, monthly variances, vacation reports) and review results and actions with the Payroll Manager;\n\nConfigure HRIS data and reports to support decision making and verification;\n\nLead process improvements, and guide associates in developing policies, processes, flowcharts, procedures and manuals.\n\nKnowledge, Training & Leadership:\nOwn payroll knowledge management with HR and Legal (when applicable), answering routine and non-routine questions from the team, employees and managers, and standardizing responses to new inquiries;\n\nTurn employee queries into a structured FAQ and keep it accurate and easy to use;\n\nRun technical training for the payroll team, and training on internal processes for employees and managers;\n\nLead department and third-party meetings, and contribute actively to payroll and benefits discussions;\n\nCoach associates and support experts, progressively advising other payroll professionals.\n\nKey requirements:\nEssential:\nExperience in Payroll and Benefits administration in Brazil, including a lead or advisory role;\n\nSolid knowledge of Brazilian labor law, tax and statutory requirements (including eSocial);\n\nExperience managing payroll vendors (BPO) and working with HR/payroll systems;\n\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate root causes;\n\nAbility to manage multiple processes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment;\n\nStrong communication skills, with experience training or mentoring others;\n\nAdvanced English (mandatory).\n\nDesirable:\nExperience in multinational companies;\n\nExperience with audits and government requests;\n\nExposure to process improvement initiatives or systems implementation;\n\nExperience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation).\n\nExperience in Implementation of Payroll System\n\n Shape Your Role and Make an Impact\nJoin a dynamic environment where you can take ownership, drive change, and continuously embrace new challenges.
