And with a strong presence across Europe and the Americas, we are leading the human centric payment revolution as a truly global team.\nThis role sits in the Group Treasury team, part of the Group Internal Finance team at Trustly, which also includes Controllers, Tax, Payroll, Finance Operations and Finance Systems. The team is dynamic and cross jurisdictional, with an ethos of collaboration and continuous improvement at its heart.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nThis is a newly created role within a growing, newly established Group Treasury function, offering fantastic development and career growth opportunities. You will support the Group Treasury Director across cash forecasting, daily cash management, banking and FX. You will own the group cash flow forecast: working with regional finance teams to improve accuracy, understanding what drives cash movements and reporting key findings. You will also help improve treasury processes, tools and controls as the function expands, with implementation and project based work being a key component of the role.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCash Forecasting & Liquidity:\nMaintain the group cash flow forecast model. Collect inputs from regional business units, investigate variances against actuals and explain the drivers;\n\nRun daily cash management, monitor RCF utilisation and produce regular cash balance and liquidity reports;\n\nBanking & Payments:\nPrepare payments and intercompany transfers in the banking platform for approval;\n\nAdminister bank portals, including user access, mandates and supporting documentation;\n\nSupport opening and closing bank accounts and keep banking records accurate;\n\nFX & Money Markets:\nAssist with FX and money market fund transactions and help monitor FX exposure;\n\nReporting, Controls & Projects:\nPrepare and submit quarterly covenants reporting;\n\nIdentify and deliver improvements in automation, reconciliation and reporting, including bank portals and Atlar as the Treasury Management System (TMS);\n\nHelp maintain treasury controls and documentation to an audit ready standard;\n\nContribute to treasury projects and ad hoc requests.\n\nKey requirements:\nEssential:\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field;\n\nExperience in treasury and cash management at a group level;\n\nStrong Excel skills, including forecasting, modelling and data analysis;\n\nExperience producing or analysing cash flow forecasts;\n\nUnderstanding of liquidity management, banking operations in various regions (US/EU/UK) and treasury controls;\n\nClear written and verbal communication, and confidence working with colleagues across regions and with banks;\n\nSelf driven and proactive mindset, with the confidence to operate independently and on a standalone basis.\n\nDesirable:\nACT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA, or part qualified;\n\nExperience with an ERP, a TMS and multi bank platforms;\n\nInterest in automation or AI tools for treasury work.\n\nShape Your Role and Make an Impact\nJoin a dynamic environment where you can take ownership, drive change, and continuously embrace new challenges.
