Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.\nAbout the Role\nTrust Wallet is looking for a Design Engineer to sit at the intersection of design and engineering - someone who can move fluidly between Figma and code to build and ship polished, high-quality UI directly in our React Native app. You'll close the gap between design intent and shipped product, working hands-on with both the design and engineering teams.\nResponsibilities\nBuild production-quality UI components and interactions directly in React Native, translating designs into pixel-accurate, performant code\n\nPartner with product designers to prototype ideas quickly, test interactions, and iterate before full engineering handoff\n\nOwn and maintain the design system/component library, ensuring consistency and reusability across the app\n\nBridge design and engineering - flag feasibility issues early, propose technical solutions to design problems, and vice versa\n\nImprove UI performance, animations, and micro-interactions across web, mobile, and browser extension\n\nCollaborate with engineering on architecture decisions that affect UI flexibility, theming, and component scalability\n\nHelp define and evolve design-to-dev workflows/tooling (Figma → code handoff, design tokens, etc.)\n\nRequirements\n3-5+ years of experience in frontend/UI engineering, with strong hands-on React Native experience\n\nStrong eye for design craft - typography, spacing, motion, and interaction detail\n\nComfortable working directly in Figma (or similar) to prototype and iterate on UI\n\nExperience building and maintaining component/design systems\n\nTrack record of shipping polished, consumer-facing mobile products\n\nStrong communication skills - able to work fluidly across design and engineering teams and translate between the two\n\nGenuine interest in Web3/crypto products a plus\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with design tokens, theming systems, or cross-platform component libraries\n\nBackground as either a designer who learned to code or an engineer with strong design sensibility\n\nFamiliarity with animation libraries (Reanimated, Lottie, etc.) in React Native\n\nPrior experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer apps\n\nAdditional Information\nThis is a global and fully remote role.
