งานรับแจ้งและแก้ไขปัญหาไอที (Service Desk): รับแจ้งปัญหาผ่านระบบ Service Desk วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นทั้งด้าน Hardware, Software, Network และอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน• การติดตั้งและตั้งค่าระบบ: ติดตั้ง ประกอบ และตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ ซอฟต์แวร์มาตรฐาน และระบบปฏิบัติการให้พร้อมใช้งาน• การสนับสนุนระบบคลาวด์และเว็บไซต์: สนับสนุนการใช้งาน Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) และช่วยดูแลอัปเดตข้อมูลเว็บไซต์องค์กรเบื้องต้น• การบริหารจัดการผู้ใช้งาน (Onboarding/ Offboarding): จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์และบัญชีระบบสำหรับพนักงานเข้าใหม่ รวมถึงระงับสิทธิ์และเรียกคืนทรัพย์สินไอทีเมื่อพนักงานลาออก• การบริหารทะเบียนทรัพย์สินไอที (Asset Inventory): จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และอัปเดตทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางด้านไอที (Hardware & Software License)
