In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our customer-facing products through comprehensive manual testing. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify issues, improve product quality, and deliver seamless user experiences.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOwn end-to-end manual testing across all customer-facing web and mobile applications.\nDesign, write, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and regression test suites from scratch.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.\nValidate application behaviour across multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices.\nConduct API testing using tools such as Postman and validate REST API requests, responses, and status codes.\nVerify and validate backend data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.\nTrack, document, and communicate bugs, risks, and quality metrics throughout the development lifecycle.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, testing methodologies, and product quality standards.\n\nBonus Responsibilities: \nEvaluate and test AI-powered features such as AI text assistants, voice bots, and agentic workflows.\nCreate test scenarios for AI-driven user experiences and validate model outputs for accuracy and reliability.\n\nRequirements: \n2-4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.\nStrong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and QA best practices.\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, and request/response validation.\nHands-on experience writing SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience testing AI-powered products or conversational applications.\nFamiliarity with CRM platforms and backend systems.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nUnderstanding of software development
