customer-first mindset across product development.\n\nRequirements: \n3+ years of Product Management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product or major product area.\nProven experience owning business metrics and delivering measurable customer and business impact.\nExperience building products from concept (0-1) through launch and scale.\nStrong product thinking with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, and Business teams.\nExperience working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nExperience using AI tools to improve product development and productivity.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience in high-growth startups or technology-driven companies.\nExperience building AI-enabled or productivity-focused products.\nStrong understanding of product analytics and experimentation.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.\nExperience mentoring Product Managers or Associate Product
